This was a wild experience. We had been on the phones all week trying to blag some press and Donal really came through with this one – a live interview on Sky News on their prime time 7pm news show. Amazing.
Donal being the seasoned, well lubed presenter was Ice-Man on the taxi ride to the studio but I was totally shitting myself, literally felt sick with nerves and anxiety! haha. The whole thing was over before we knew it but was a great start for our first legit bit of ‘press‘. We even managed to film the whole thing with our wee-cam – classic. Big thanks to Sky One for having us.

OH OH OH. We’re going to be on Sky News tonight at 7pm. Wooo. The plan is for us to get everyone watching to fall in love with Hottie Fraser. And also to spread the word about our blagging of a million. Also – tonight, from 7pm, we’re doing our 24 hours ‘Red Paper Clip’ campaign. We got Kyle MacDonald’s approval for this – otherwise it would be a blatant, undercover copy. The plan is for us to see, after 24 hours, what we can end up with (having started with a red – actually a purple – paper clip). We don’t have a car, so don’t try and get us to come to America or anything.
For ‘film makers’, having a good selection of tunes to legally use is invaluable. Fortunately Vice Records have hooked us up with 99% of the awesome music you hear in the films on this site. So we just wanted to post a quick, but huge thanks from Donal and myself.
We’ve been umming and aaarrrrrrggh‘ing about advertising on this site and figured the best solution was to pawn off a load of pixels. So as of today, we have 100,000 pixels for sale and the starting price is set at: £5.00 per 10 x 10 pixel block (£0.05 per pixel) for a limited period. We know the pixel craze is well and truly dead on its arse, but the advantage we have over all these copy cat pixel grave yards, is that we actually have a bunch of content on the side to draw people to this site and to your pixel ad.

This was quite funny, we missed it when it was actually aired on TV but we just managed to check out a DVD of our wee 3-minute segment on Current TV‘s Webmash show. Graham and Anne don’t seem to confident, where’s the optimism guys? haha.

Been a busy, roasting day at Blag HQ editing our wee 3-minute TV show for Current which will broadcast next Thursday so make sure you tune in and check that out, also means another £250 to the kitty!
